Leader Honored Florence Radcliffe
Florence Radcliffe is a Historian, Educator and a Community Leader. From 1963-1968 she was the President of Phyllis Wheatley Board of Directors. She is the Author of "A Simple Matter of Justice" (The Phyllis Wheatley Story) A Reception to honor her life's accomplishments was held at the Bunker Hill Fire Station's Social Hall in Brentwood, MD on May 22, 2011.
